May 14, 2022: Australian-Thai star Whitney Hillier captained her mixed fourball to a three-shot victory in the Ladies European Tour’s debut Aramco Team Series – Bangkok presented by Public Investment Fund.
Team Hillier, captained by the Australian, whose mother is Thai, led by one after strong opening round performances from Hillier, team-mate Krista Bakker of Finland, and the group’s amateur player, Bangkok businessman Pattanan Amatanon.
However, it was the team’s third professional player and other Bangkok local, Chonlada Chayanun, who led the charge on Friday’s deciding day, shooting a five-under-par 67 to help secure the fourball victory in the first ATS event of the season.

May 12, 2022: The CEO of golf’s Ladies European Tour (LET), Alexandra Armas, has heaped praise on Aramco and Golf Saudi for the role they have played in helping build the Tour’s strongest season on record.
Armas was speaking ahead of Thursday’s first day of the Aramco Team Series – Bangkok presented by Public Investment Fund, the newest of now six Kingdom-backed tournaments on the LET’s annual global schedule.

The German outfit will enter as a customer team and makes its way back to Formula E having been a fixture throughout the championship's first seven seasons. Despite a hiatus in Season 8, ABT can still count itself among the most successful teams in Formula E history, with 47 podiums and 1,380 points to its name.
