Riyadh: Seha Virtual Hospital SVH received Tuesday, May 16th the highest level of Canadian international accreditation of the diamond category, due to its excellence in applying safety standards, and quality of care for its virtual services.
Saudi Deputy Minister of Health, Eng. Abdulaziz Al-Rumaih attended the celebration in Riyadh marking SVH as the first virtual hospital in the world to obtain such certification.
Since its launch in late 2021, SVH has worked to implement the highest standards of quality care and patient safety, as this accreditation is considered one of the most prestigious endorsements provided by the Canadian Accreditation Commission after evaluating the performance of health facilities. SVH obtained it after undergoing a comprehensive evaluation of all its virtual services as well as patient safety standards.
SVH provides virtual health care services in 17 major specialties and 57 sub-specialties through a network of 170 hospitals to more than 480,000 patients across Saudi Arabia. contributing to improving the quality of life of the population and achieving the objectives of the Health Transformation program under Saudi Vision 2030.
