The Tunisian office of law firm Eversheds, Eversheds El Heni, is pleased to announce that Emna Louati has become a Partner of the firm effective January 2015.
5 February 2015: A licensed attorney at the Tunisian Bar, Emna Louati joined Eversheds El Heni as Of Counsel in 2014. Prior to joining Eversheds El Heni, Emna was Partner at the law firm Ben Ahmed & Associates in Tunis and spent previously 3 years working as Senior Legal Counsel with Swicorp, an investment bank licensed by the Saudi Capital Market Authority and providing asset management, investment banking and private equity services for local and international companies all over the MENA region.
Emna has vast experience in advising local and international companies in various areas of business law, including mergers & acquisitions, privatizations, competition, intellectual property and IT, and in connection with strategic, complex and cross-border project finance and re-structuring transactions.
Emna also has an extensive expertise in the private equity industry structuring investment funds inside and outside Tunisia which count, as investors, some of top-tier international financial institutions and assisting such funds with investments in companies located in various jurisdictions all over the MENA region.
