Riyadh, 16 February 2022: The Saudi Exchange today welcomes Elm Company, which is specialized in the field of digital solutions with a wide range of diverse and flexible business models, as it lists on the Saudi Exchange’s Main Market.
 
The listing ceremony was attended by Mr. Mohammed Al Rumaih, CEO of Saudi Exchange, Mr. Raed Bin Ahmed, Chairman of Board of Directors of Elm Company and their excellences members from the board of directors.
 
Speaking on the occasion, Mohammed Al Rumaih, CEO of Saudi Exchange said, “We are delighted to welcome the second listing in the Main Market on the Saudi Exchange in 2022. We had a rewarding year in 2021 and look forward to many more listings as we look to diversify our market offering and remain the issuers’ exchange of choice and a prime destination for investors looking to expand their portfolios. We remain committed to advancing the Saudi capital market under the Financial Sector Development Program of Vision 2030.”

Elm Co. issued a total of 24 million shares, representing 30% of the company’s share capital. The issued shares were set at an offering price of SAR 128 per share.
