Kuwait, 17 August 2026: Kuwait International Bank (KIB) organized a specialized training program for employees of the Public Authority for Manpower to strengthen customer service skills and enhance the quality of service provided to visitors. The program reflects KIB’s commitment to sharing its expertise in management and service excellence with the public sector, supporting the development of national talent and improving institutional performance across Kuwait.

The program was attended by members of the Public Authority. It focused on equipping participants with practical workplace skills to help enhance customer experience and drive organizational performance.

Commenting on the initiative, Mohammad Dashti, Senior Manager – Service Quality Unit at KIB, said: “This initiative reflects our belief that investing in human capital development is one of the key drivers of service quality. We also believe that knowledge exchange between the banking and government sectors contributes to the adoption of best practices and enhances the efficiency of the service ecosystem. With this in mind, we designed a program that combines theoretical and practical learning while equipping participants with the hands-on skills needed to keep pace with the rapidly evolving demands of digital transformation.”

The program covered several key areas, including service excellence practices, effective communication skills, strategies for engaging with different categories of visitors, and techniques for managing daily situations, addressing challenges, and resolving problems efficiently. It also emphasized fostering a customer-centric culture that promotes customer satisfaction as a key driver of institutional development. In addition, the program explored the latest trends in digital services and their role in enhancing customer experience.

A specialized KIB team led the training, drawing on its extensive expertise in quality and professional development to support the program’s objectives. Through interactive training methods and practical workshops, participants were able to maximize the value of the program and acquire practical tools that could be applied immediately in their workplace, helping enhance service efficiency and improve responsiveness to visitors’ needs.
