Madinah, September 1, 2026, SPA -- The Madinah Regional Municipality and the University of Business and Technology (UBT) announced the publication of an academic case study documenting the municipality's institutional transformation experience. The study was made available through The Case Centre, a leading international platform specializing in educational case studies in management and business.
The study examines the municipality's institutional transformation since its launch in 2020. It highlights practices that contributed to developing institutional performance, including governance, strategic planning, performance management, organizational health, capacity building, and change management.
The publication reflects cooperation between the government sector and academic institutions in documenting practical experiences and transforming them into educational content. It allows researchers, universities, and public- and private-sector leaders to examine a Saudi institutional experience and draw lessons from its transformation journey.
