Madinah, August 6, 2026, SPA -- The second group of Umrah performers under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program for Umrah and Visitation for the 1448 AH season arrived in Madinah on Wednesday. The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance welcomed the guests upon their arrival in Madinah, where they will visit the Prophet’s Mosque and several Islamic and historical landmarks before traveling to Makkah to perform Umrah. The second group comprises 250 male and female pilgrims from 23 countries across Europe and Asia. The ministry has prepared a comprehensive program for the guests during their stay in Madinah, including visits to the Prophet’s Mosque, Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah, Quba Mosque, Jabal Uhud, the Martyrs of Uhud Cemetery, the King Fahd Glorious Quran Printing Complex, and the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet’s Biography and Islamic Civilization. In Makkah, the guests will visit the Kaaba Kiswa factory, the Revelation Exhibition, and several Islamic landmarks. Their itinerary also includes a scientific and cultural program highlighting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to serve Islam and Muslims and care for the Two Holy Mosques.
