Bilfinger Appoints Ahmed Al-Dadah as New Segment President International

• Industry executive assumes role of Segment President International effective August 1, 2026

Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Industrial services provider Bilfinger today announces the appointment of Ahmed Al-Dadah as new Segment President International, effective August 1, 2026. He reports to Group CEO Thomas Schulz and becomes a member of Bilfinger's Group Executive Management Team.

As Segment President International, Ahmed Al-Dadah leads Bilfinger's operations across the United States, Eastern Europe, Türkiye, and the Middle East. His role will be pivotal in driving sustainable profitable growth across Bilfinger's Segment International, which delivers Consulting & Engineering, Prefabrication & Installation, Access & Insulation, and Asset Performance services to customers in the process industry.

Ahmed Al-Dadah joins Bilfinger with 25 years of experience in the global energy industry and industrial services. Most recently, Ahmed has served in senior executive leadership positions at the Sovereign Wealth Fund (PIF) in Saudi Arabia, at KBR globally, and multiple international leadership positions in the energy industry. Ahmed holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.

He is known for building empowered teams, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering measurable results with disciplined focus. His approach combines long-term strategic thinking with a commitment to safety, operational performance, and sustainable growth.
