Yaza and Rosewood Jeddah Unite for an Exclusive Ramadan Suhoor

A unique Suhoor under the stars at Soleil Rooftop with signature flavours from Chef Hakeem Bagabas

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia - This Ramadan, Rosewood Jeddah welcomes an exciting collaboration with Yaza, the culinary concept bringing a fresh perspective to Saudi fusion cuisine. Helmed by the talented Saudi Chef Hakeem Bagabas, Yaza will present an exclusive suhoor experience at Soleil Rooftop, along with a special presence at Bab Elbalad during iftar. 

Guests can savour Chef Hakeem’s thoughtfully crafted menu at Soleil Rooftop, available for suhoor from 12am to 4am. The tantalising menu celebrates Saudi flavours with a contemporary twist, infused with international flavours, priced at SR 225 per person. 

Expect a taste sensation with dishes such as Vol-au-vent Shrimp, creamy stew with mushroom puff pastry, Chicken Cordon Bleu Quesadilla Guacamole, tortilla stuffed with tender chicken, turkey, beef, cheddar cheese with Pico de Gallo and signature Saudi Shawarma Wrap with marinated chicken in baked pita wrap, coriander, mint and tahini. Gather with family and friends for delicious desserts including Ramadan Sweet Ensemble of katayef walnut, assafiri and Balah sham.

Enhancing the experience, Yaza will host a booth at Bab Elbalad within Rosewood Jeddah, where Chef Hakeem will showcase select signature dishes during iftar, including Hindawiya Fries Cart, a unique take on fries with authentic sauces and toppings, Meglgl and Lamb Live Corner, a scrumptious offering with flavours that combine traditional and Mexican condiments, and Masoub Corner featuring Sidr honey and fresh cream.
