This cosy winter feast, featuring a tempting array of mouthwatering dishes, is available from now until January 31st, priced at SAR 310 per person

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (17 December 2025): As the cooler season settles over the capital, NOMAS becomes the perfect destination to savour the warmth and richness of Saudi cuisine through its new Winter Menu. Available for a limited time and thoughtfully curated by Head Chef Ahad Alghamdi, the exclusive menu blends winter comfort with refined Saudi culinary artistry, presenting diners with a seasonal experience that feels both familiar and elevated. 

Nestled in the heart of the Marriott Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter, NOMAS has quickly become a must-visit culinary hotspot this winter, drawing guests into an intimate 35-seat sanctuary dedicated to Saudi identity, craftsmanship, and hospitality. With its hand-stitched details, locally inspired décor, and deeply rooted cultural narrative, the restaurant provides a serene setting for seasonal gatherings and celebratory moments. 

The specially curated Winter Menu showcases Saudi heritage through a contemporary fine dining lens. Designed around seasonal produce, the menu reflects the warmth of winter in the Kingdom through comforting, aromatic flavours crafted with care. Each dish balances nostalgia with innovation, guiding guests through a thoughtful journey that celebrates depth of flavour and story. 

The experience begins with an Amuse-Bouche of Jareesh Gold Bites, a playful nod to tradition reimagined with modern finesse. This is followed by a Silky Pumpkin & Ginger Velouté, a smooth and aromatic blend enriched with toasted pumpkin seeds and goat cheese, offering a delicate warmth perfect for the season. 

For the main course, guests may choose between two signature creations, either the Seabass with Madoos, where pan-seared local seabass rests atop a refined Saudi preparation of lentils, rice, and black lemon, or the Slow-Cooked Boneless Lamb with Saleeg, featuring tender lamb slow-cooked with a comforting blend of Saudi spices and presented over creamy, traditional Saleeg. Each dish draws directly from regional culinary traditions, interpreted with Head Chef Ahad Alghamdi's elegant and contemporary style. 

The menu concludes with a Winter Dessert that captures the heart of Saudi flavaor, the saudi Coffee Molten Fondant. This indulgent finale blends molten chocolate with authentic Saudi Arabic coffee, served alongside halwa ice cream to create a dessert that is both familiar and decadently surprising.
