MWL Praises UN General Assembly Adoption of New York Declaration on Two-State Solution

Makkah, September 13, 2025, SPA -- The Muslim World League (MWL) today strongly praised the UN General Assembly’s adoption of the New York Declaration issued by the high-level international conference for the peaceful settlement of the Palestinian issue and the implementation of the two-state solution, which was co-chaired by Saudi Arabia and the French Republic.

MWL Secretary-General and Organization of Muslim Scholars Chairman Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa reiterated the MWL's appreciation on behalf of the Islamic peoples for the Kingdom's steadfast position on the Palestinian issue. Its position is demonstrated through its leadership of the international alliance for the two-state solution, its chairmanship of the Joint Arab-Islamic Ministerial Committee, and its recent co-chairmanship of the conference that culminated in this historic UN resolution.
