Saudia Showcases Pilgrim Service Projects, Innovations at Hajj Conference

Jeddah, November 11, 2025, SPA -- At its pavilion during the fifth annual Hajj Conference and Exhibition -- organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in cooperation with the Pilgrim Experience Program under the theme “From Makkah to the World” -- Saudi Airlines (Saudia) is presenting its latest projects and innovations designed to enhance services for pilgrims.

Among the highlights are the project to develop the Holy Sites camps and the “Coolest Ihram” initiative, the world’s first ihram with integrated cooling technology.
The Arafat Camps project is part of Saudia's efforts to provide pilgrims with a comfortable and safe environment in the Holy Sites. The camp buildings, inspired by the design of ALFURSAN lounges, feature accommodation areas, service facilities, restaurants, smart walkways, shaded outdoor seating areas, and prayer spaces. They are weather-resistant metal structures with high-quality interior furnishings.

Saudia's pavilion at the Hajj and Umrah Conference 2025 reflects the group's commitment to supporting the Kingdom’s vision to advance the Hajj and Umrah services system through innovation and technology, ensuring pilgrims receive seamless, world-class service, from the airport to the holy sites, and reinforcing the Kingdom’s global leadership in organizing the world’s largest spiritual gathering.
