Dublin, January 29, 2026, SPA -- The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participated in the eighth meeting of the Global Alliance for the Implementation of the Two-State Solution, held in Dublin, Ireland, under the auspices of the Irish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, with broad participation from member states and international partners.

The Kingdom was represented at the meeting by Minister Plenipotentiary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Manal Radwan, who delivered a speech affirming that the Global Alliance constitutes a unique international platform for aligning peace tracks and ensuring their coherence and effectiveness in support of a political solution.

She commended the pivotal role of the United States of America and the efforts led by President Donald J. Trump, stressing that coordination with the United States to implement the comprehensive peace plan represents a genuine opportunity to end the conflict and move toward a phase of regional integration and sustainable stability.

Dr. Radwan underscored the importance of implementing UN Security Council Resolution No. (2803), which serves as the legal and political reference for the current phase, particularly with regard to the work of the Board of Peace, ensuring the withdrawal of Israeli forces, ending the occupation, and creating the necessary conditions for political progress.

She noted that Ireland’s experience in peacebuilding demonstrates that complex conflicts are resolvable when peace processes are linked to an inclusive track, a clear political horizon, the rejection of violence, and the promotion of dialogue and confidence-building.

Dr. Radwan reiterated warnings regarding the seriousness of the ongoing violations by Israeli occupation forces of the ceasefire agreement, emphasizing the importance of the New York Declaration, the comprehensive peace plan, and UN Security Council Resolution No. (2803), which together constitute a comprehensive and coherent framework.

She pointed out that the current phase requires intensified diplomatic efforts, dialogue, and joint action to prevent deviation from the core objectives of ending the conflict and achieving peace. She also stressed the need to support the Palestinian National Authority, build its institutional capacities, and ensure institutional and geographical linkage between Gaza and the West Bank, in a manner that preserves the unity of Palestinian territory.

In concluding her remarks, Dr. Radwan reaffirmed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s commitment to continuing to work with regional and international partners to achieve a just and lasting peace that fulfills the aspirations of the Palestinian people for self-determination and the establishment of their independent state, while ensuring security and stability for all peoples of the region.
