Riyadh, August 24, 2025, SPA -- CEO of the Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA) Mohammed Al-Harthi has received a media delegation from China’s Hebei Television Station, in the presence of senior SBA officials and media representatives from Hebei Province. The meeting explored areas of cooperation across broadcasting, training, and joint production. It included discussions on steps toward signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen future partnerships and facilitate knowledge exchange between the two sides. The Chinese delegation toured SBA’s studios and facilities, where they were briefed on the authority’s technical capabilities and human resources. Hebei Television is one of China’s leading state-owned media institutions, operating a broad portfolio of television channels, including news, economic, cultural, and educational programming, alongside a strong presence in digital media, online broadcasting, and satellite services.
