SDAIA Academy Launches ‘Applied AI Bootcamp' to Qualify AI Engineers

Riyadh, March 10, 2026, SPA -- SDAIA Academy announced the launch of the Applied Artificial Intelligence Bootcamp, aimed at equipping national talents with advanced skills in artificial intelligence (AI) and enabling participants to design, analyze, and build agentic AI systems. The initiative seeks to support labor market needs and enhance national capabilities in advanced technologies.

The bootcamp focuses on developing participants’ skills in agentic software engineering through building full-stack applications using Python, mastering APIs and version control systems (Git), and enhancing capabilities in machine learning and data engineering by designing integrated machine learning (ML) pipelines that cover everything from statistical data analysis and preparation to model building and performance evaluation.

It also covers the development of advanced deep learning models for natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision, enabling practical applications that address real-world challenges across various sectors. Participants will be trained to create agentic AI systems and develop applications based on large language models (LLMs) using AI-assisted programming tools.

The bootcamp targets professionals in technical fields and will be held in person in Riyadh from March 29 to May 21, with registration open until March 12 as part of Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority’s (SDAIA’s) ongoing efforts to develop national capabilities and build a generation of specialized talent in data and AI.
