Phoenix, May 13, 2026, SPA -- The Saudi science and engineering team participated in a pin, flag, and gift exchange event as part of the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF 2026), held in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.

The fair brought together more than 1,700 students representing nearly 70 countries, who exchanged pins, flags, and gifts reflecting their countries’ cultures and national identities, took group photos, and engaged in an interactive atmosphere that fostered cultural connections among participants.

The Saudi students expressed pride in representing the Kingdom at the world’s largest pre-university science fair, emphasizing that such events help build positive relationships with international peers while enriching their scientific and cultural experience.

The King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba), in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, has participated annually in ISEF since 2007, earning 185 awards in previous editions, including 124 major awards and 61 special awards.
