Religious Affairs President Launches Project to Document Taraweeh and Qiyam Recitations

Madinah, May 1, 2026, SPA -- President of Religious Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais launched a project to document and make available Quran recitations from Taraweeh and Qiyam prayers at the Prophet’s Mosque for the year 1447 AH, providing global access through multiple digital platforms.

He said the initiative supports the dissemination of the Quran and expands access to these recitations, reinforcing the role of the Two Holy Mosques in spreading guidance and connecting Muslims with the Quran.

Sheikh Al-Sudais also launched a training course to enhancecommunication with visitors as part of the Presidency’s programs, aimed at strengthening staff capabilities and improving service quality in line with the leadership’s aspirations to provide the best services to pilgrims and visitors.
