President Nicolas Sarkozy received ABL's president
Paris, 28/06/2015: Houssam Nasrawin, President of the Emirati business organization Arab Business Leaders (“ABL”) was received by former French president Nicolas Sarkozy for a lunch to discuss the attractivity of France.
During the meeting, Houssam Nasrawin shared with President Sarkozy his experience in the UAE. Mr. Nasrawin underlined the role that the rulers of the UAE have been playing to develop the country and make it among the most modern in the World. He also outlined the missions of ABL to bridge the GCC to the rest of the World and to encourage bilateral trades.
President Sarkozy reaffirmed his commitment to the friendship between the UAE and France.
Nicolas Sarkozy was President of France from 2007 to 2012 and lost the elections in 2012. He has been recently elected head of the oppositional right-wing party (Les Républicains). He is today considered as one of the favorite candidates for the French presidential elections in 2017.
