Through a network of 32 hospitals with 6000 beds Saudi Health explained that the number of pilgrims who received medical services through its hospitals and health centers in Makkah and Madinah reached 76,635 pilgrims since late May. The ministry said that the pilgrims benefited from quality specialized services, including 23 open heart operations, 162 cardiac catheters, 385 dialysis operations, 38 laparoscopic operations, and two newborns.
It is noteworthy that Saudi Health provides its services to pilgrims this year from 32 hospitals and 140 health centers with a total capacity of more than 6000 beds and staffed by about 32000 doctors and health practitioners.
