Ambassadors to Saudi Arabia Visit International Falcon Breeders Auction

Riyadh, August 15, 2025, SPA -- A group of ambassadors to Saudi Arabia visited the International Falcon Breeders Auction 2025, organized by the Saudi Falcons Club at its headquarters in Malham, north of Riyadh. The event brings together a distinguished group of local and international falcon breeding farms, reaffirming Saudi Arabia’s leadership in the field and its global status as a homeland of falcons and falconers.

Deputy CEO of the Saudi Falcons Club Ahmed Al-Habbabi accompanied the diplomatic delegations. New Zealand Ambassador Charles Kingston, El Salvador Ambassador Ricardo Ernesto Cucalon, U.S. Chargé d’Affaires ad interim Alison Dilworth, and Norway Chargé d'Affaires Monika Thowsen visited the pavilions of the local and international breeders at the auction.

Along with their families and accompanying staff, the ambassadors toured the auction halls and viewed a wide variety of falcons on display. They learned about falcon care, feeding, and modern breeding methods. The tour also included a detailed presentation on the 'Falconer of the Future' program and the deep-rooted history of falconry in Saudi Arabia.

The visit concluded with the ambassadors posing for commemorative photos with the falcons.
