The branch’s administrative and guidance teams received groups of pilgrims arriving from the Republic of India today, totaling 442 pilgrims, through arrival halls (1) and (5), where they were welcomed, guided, and provided with various awareness services to assist them in performing their rituals with ease and reassurance.

Field efforts included distributing several educational books and publications in multiple languages explaining the rulings of Umrah and Hajj, in addition to introducing the ministry’s electronic services, contributing to enhancing pilgrims’ awareness and facilitating their spiritual journey.

These efforts are part of the ministry’s commitment to providing the best awareness services to pilgrims and implementing the leadership’s directives to ensure their comfort and care from arrival until departure.
