Guests can start the celebration with a glass of sparkling rosé grape then indulge in Rainer Becker’s award-winning menu. The Valentine’s Tasting Menu (SAR 380) features nine dishes including signature appetizers such us the Yellowtail sashimi with yuzu-truffle dressing, a dish made famous in London, the iceberg lettuce with caramelised onion dressing, the wagyu tartare maki, the shrimp tempura with chili mayonnaise and the beef, ginger and sesame dumplings. Alongside the appetizers, guests will enjoy a wide range of mains from the venue’s well-loved dishes that includes the delicious Salmon fillet teriyaki with sancho salt, the iconic Beef fillet with chili, ginger and spring onion and the tenderstem broccoli, ginger and truffle wafu. End the celebration on a sweet note with the decadent Raspberry ivoire orange usugiri with rose petal custard.
