937 Center receives +6M calls during the 1st half of 2023 Riyadh: Saudi Health announced that its hotline received more than 6.1 million calls during the first half of 2023.
The ministry stated that 2 Million calls were made to ask for medical advice, while 1.2 million recipients preferred to book their medical appointments via the hotline.
The center has also received more than 38K requests for health volunteering opportunities within hospitals and health centers.
Saudi Health confirmed that complaints at the same period reached 500K. Thus, the percentage of customer satisfaction has increased to 94%.
