Makkah, May 30, 2026, SPA -- The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development conducted over 10,000 field inspection visits across Makkah, Madinah, and the holy sites during this year's 1447 AH Hajj season to verify establishments' compliance with labor laws, mplementing regulations, and strict seasonal work environment requirements.

The intensive inspection tours significantly raised compliance levels among private-sector establishments operating during the busy season, leading to the identification of approximately 2,400 violations and the resolution of 87 direct reports.

To effectively regulate seasonal labor, the ministry facilitated access to temporary work services through the 'Hajj Ajeer' service, benefiting over 8,000 establishments. This initiative supported the operational readiness of businesses and provided flexible solutions to meet their surging seasonal demands.

These comprehensive efforts highlight the ministry's pivotal role in regulating and enhancing the efficiency of the seasonal labor market. They also reflect the Saudi leadership's unwavering commitment to serving pilgrims and harnessing all available capabilities to enable them to perform their rituals with ease and tranquility, in strict alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
