Riyadh, December 15, 2022 - Al Masaood Bergum - a part of Al Masaood Group and one of the UAE’s leading modular building system providers is participating in the ‘Construction Technology Festival’, taking place in KSA, on December 14 and 15, 2022 in Riyadh.
Al Masaood Bergum focuses on two innovative construction solutions - Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) and Hybrid Modular Building Systems (HMS). Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) is an engineered solid wood panel that is prefabricated and produced from a highly sustainable carbon-sequestering substance. The construction solution, which is used in residential and commercial building structures, is recyclable, time efficient, easily transported and installed, with minimal requirement for manpower on site.
