With a traditional yet modern izakaya experience, Zuma Riyadh will showcase the brand’s celebrated concept found in global hotspots like London, Bangkok, and Dubai with three distinct kitchens: the main kitchen, robata grill, and sushi counter. Spread across two floors and offering an expansive dining space linked by a sweeping spiral staircase, Zuma Riyadh will feature a vibrant restaurant and lounge, sushi counters, a signature bar, and a DJ counter, setting the stage for an energetic ambiance. Guests can expect to indulge in Zuma’s sophisticated cuisine philosophy as it brings its signature dishes known and loved worldwide, such as the Tsubu-miso Gake Hinadori No Obun Yaki, a baby chicken marinated in barley miso and oven roasted on cedar wood, and the Wagyu Gunkan No Fuyu Torifu, a delectable wagyu beef tartare and black truffle.
