Unaizah, August 06, 2025, SPA -- Unaizah Governor Saad Al-Saleem was present for the signing of a new partnership agreement that will establish a health resort for the elderly. The agreement, signed between the Association of Al-Wafa Oasis for Elderly Support and the SMW Najd Investment Company, will see the creation of the project at a cost of over SAR30 million. The health resort aims to provide a high-quality environment for seniors, offering hotel-like amenities, specialized medical clinics, and comprehensive social and psychological support. The project is designed to improve the quality of life for elderly residents and is seen as a strategic move to boost medical tourism and advance elderly care services in the region.
