 Jeddah, September 20, 2025, SPA -- The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced that its digital platform, the Nusuk app, has surpassed 30 million downloads, representing a 150% increase from 12 million in 2024, with over 90% of users from more than 190 countries, underscoring its global reach and vital role in facilitating Hajj, Umrah, and visitation journeys for pilgrims. The Nusuk app offers over 100 digital services through integration with various Hajj and Umrah entities, covering every stage of a pilgrim’s journey from planning to return. Services include booking Umrah, visits to Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah, reservations for the Haramain High Speed Railway, flights, hotels, and enrichment tours. The app has also recently expanded its features to include daily services such as access to the Holy Quran, prayer times, and the Qibla direction.
