Riyadh, September 29, 2025, SPA -- The Saudi Falcons Club Auction 2025 holds a special place in the hearts of falcon trappers and the falconry community, serving as a premier destination in the Kingdom’s annual trapping season. The event reflects the Kingdom’s deep pride in the heritage of falconry, offering an integrated system of services from the moment the falcons arrive to the official documentation of their sale. Falcon trapping is a time-honored tradition passed down through generations, requiring precision, patience, and exceptional skill to track migrating falcons and capture them without harm. Over time, it has evolved into not only a cherished cultural practice but also a seasonal source of income and economic support for falcon trappers. As the auction date approaches, the Saudi Falcons Club has stepped up efforts to raise awareness among falcon trappers about the importance of responsible falconry. This includes instilling environmental concepts that help ensure the sustainability of falcon lineages. Accordingly, the auction is exclusively dedicated to juvenile maritime peregrine falcons, with a strict commitment not to hold any auctions for Al-Qarnas peregrine falcons to preserve their population. The club offers visiting falconers from across the Kingdom a full range of services, including on-site reception by specialized teams stationed at falcontrapping sites, transport and accommodation arrangements, and electronic sale documentation in line with international standards. The auction also hosts live, fast-paced competitions where falcons are showcased before audiences and potential buyers in a safe and reliable environment. Events are broadcast live on television channels and through the club’s social media platforms. At the conclusion of the auction nights, awards are presented to falconer trappers in recognition of their contributions to preserving this noble heritage. The auction will be held at the club’s headquarters in Malham, north of Riyadh, from October 1 to November 30, coinciding with the Kingdom’s annual falcon trapping season.
