Chef Remi Verrier gives the traditional menu a touch of contemporary with dishes including homemade foie gras terrine and spiced peach chutney, Guinea fowl breast, foie gras sauce, truffle essence and tortellini and a selection of cheeses from Hervé Mons, served with plum chutney.
