Guests can savour Zuma’s renowned à la carte menu, featuring signature dishes such as the Spicy Beef Tenderloin with sesame, red chilli, and sweet soy, and for a sweet finale, the Riyadh-exclusive dessert; Ajwa Date and Miso Toffee Cake which offers the perfect blend of local flavours and Japanese flair.
