 Riyadh, January 23, 2026, SPA -- Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent a cable of congratulations to President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni of the Republic of Uganda on his re-election to a new presidential term. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes for continued success to the president, and for further progress and prosperity to the brotherly people of Uganda. He also praised the distinguished relations between the two countries and their brotherly peoples, as well as the commitment to strengthen and develop them across all fields.
